How long does it take for my order(s) to prepare/package and ship?

Our processing time before an order ships is usually 1-2 days, excluding Sundays.

Orders placed and received before 11am pst can usually be processed, packaged, and handed over to the selected carrier before end of day. 

Order processing time(time required to safely/securely package an order) is separate from shipping time or carrier transport time. 

✲ Order processing time may vary depending on a few important factors...

   1. The item(s) ordered. More fragile and complex products require more time to safely and securely package. 

        • We have a mantra at Zenwaro "there is no Zenwaro beauty in our customer's spaces without careful packaging protocols". To us, the packaging/handling services we provide for each and every order are just as important as our products. Our packaging protocols(tested & developed over 2decades) are thorough, thoughtful, and secure. This attention to detail can require a little more time.

   2. The carrier and the mode of transit selected at checkout. i.e.: ground ~vs~ priority ~vs~ over night. 

        • All shipping carriers and transporters are 3rd party contractors, Zenwaro does not have control over individual carrier's operating model or delivery process.

   3. The distance of the "ship to" or destination to our "ship from" location. 

        • For most orders this is our main fulfillment studio/warehouse: Las Vegas, NV.

✲ Because the Zenwaro catalog is large and diverse there are fragile and complex products two business days to assemble, package, and fulfill to carrier. ✲ Orders placed with expedited shipping fee's selected and paid at checkout do receive priority assembly and packaging.

✲ Shipping times are determined by the carrier and type shipping service selected at checkout. All Our responsibility is focused on professional and secure packaging protocols that occur within a timely manner. Note- all carriers are 3rd party contractors we have two decades of experience working with individual carriers and can select the right or preferred carrier for your order and delivery destination. However Zenwaro does not have control over individual carrier's operating model or delivery process.

✲ Zenwaro provides a diverse and wide range of artisanal and handmade products that are fragile and valuable... 

  • Products that require assembly such as our Mediterra Pendant Lighting and Chandeliers may require an additional 24 to 48 hours to assemble, package, and fulfill to carrier. 
  • For very fragile products like those in our Catrina Elegante Collection that require special handling may require additional 24 to 48 hours to prepare, package, and fulfill to carrier.
  • For large to oversized and fragile products like those in our One of a Kind Collection; many of these products are thoroughly packaged then palletized and may be transported by an LTL freight carrier. 
    • Special handling like those products that require a pallet may require additional 24 to 48 hours to prepare, package, and fulfill to carrier. 
    • In addition, to ensure successful delivery a member from the Zenwaro fulfillment team may contact customers to confirm delivery address and receiving capabilities. Orders that are transported by LTL freight carrier do require a delivery appointment. This is a requirement that is declared by all LTL freight carriers.

How do I track my order?

✲ Once your order has shipped, the tracking number along with receiving instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your order(the email address provided at check-out). If you provided your phone number at checkout you will be receiving updates via SMS text messaging. If you haven’t received shipping notification with tracking information and it has been over 2 business days, please contact us at [email protected].

Where does Zenwaro ship?

✲ Throughout the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Canada and Mexico. But wait there's more... 

A short list of countries outside of the USA that Zenwaro commonly ships to: Canada, Mexico, South America, United Kingdom, EU Nations, Australia, New Zealand, The Philippines, Africa, India, China, Saudi Arabia, just to name a few. 

For customers located outside of the United States North. Zenwaro has over 30 years of international logistics experience both small parcel and LTL freight. We have the experience in working with customs and international declaration. Value Added Tax or VAT is currently not included with your shipping rate at check out. For customers located in countries that not part of the USMCA (United States Mexico Canada Agreement) duties and export fee's maybe collected by carrier. These taxes and import fees vary and are based upon your country's import tariffs, type of goods, value of goods, and end user of goods. What shipping carriers does Zenwaro use?

✲ We use the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other parcel carriers. All parcel carriers are contracted 3rd party representatives. To keep shipping rates down, we compare costs between these carriers and ship in the most efficient way. We are very conscious of the fragility and value of our products. Therefore some larger cities within the continental US like Chicago and New York we urge all customers within these municipalities to select a commercial carrier like UPS or FedEx at checkout. All shipping carriers and transportation companies are contracted third parties. Zenwaro fulfillment team professionally prepare and package every piece within each order for safe transport. It is important for individual customers to actively track packages during the entire transportation process.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

✲ We do ship to PO Boxes. 

A few details that you should keep in mind before having your purchase ship to a PO Box.

  • UPS, FedEx often do not deliver to most PO Boxes, unless located within one their stores.
  • Make sure the item you are purchasing will actually fit within your P.O. Box. An easy way to figure package size. Add 3”inches to all sides of the product dimensions. Product measurements can be found in product descriptions.
  • If your package doesn’t fit, USPS will hold your package aside. But – the hold only applies for ten business days. So if the package is unclaimed at the Post Office window after ten days, the parcel will likely be returned to Zenwaro.
  • If delivery to your PO Box fails and package(s) are returned to Zenwaro know that all Shipping costs are non-refundable. Reshipping fee’s will apply.
  • Tricky tracking: The shipment might sit in its PO box for a while, meaning the tracking updates won’t update until the recipient picks it up.

Once Zenwaro fulfillment team has provided packaged order to the carrier/transporter the, carrier is then responsible for your package(s)/order(s). If there is an issue or if some change needs to be made before we fulfill your packaged order(s); please contact us within the first 24hours.
