Does Zenwaro ship outside of the United States?

Zenwaro has over 30 years of international logistics experience both small parcel and LTL freight. Our team appreciates every opportunity to fulfill orders to customers that live all over the world. We have the experience in working with customs and international declaration. A short list of countries outside of the US that Zenwaro commonly ships to- Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, and other South American Countries, United Kingdom, other EU Nations, Australia, New Zealand, The Philippines, Africa, India, China, Saudi Arabia, just to name a few.

The Zenwaro Fulfillment team package in a very professional manner and take every precaution necessary to protect against poor or rough handling which unfortunately is common with some carriers. The Zenwaro catalog features valuable products that are fragile. Our expertise in preparing orders/individual items and packages/parcels/crates for international transport is based on experience. We acknowledge that shipping outside of the United States is complex, requires attention to detail, and communication. Because the customs import process can vary slightly from country to country, a representative from the Zenwaro fulfillment team may contact you to verify specific contact information, delivery address information, receiving capabilities, and other important information to ensure a successful transportation.
Make sure to submit the following information when placing your order. (includes Canada & Mexico)
- A valid and correct delivery address(either commercial or residential).
- If possible a good practice is to use an address where a previous international package has been delivered.
- A valid phone number. We can not book your order for transport without a valid phone number.
- Currently all parcel carriers, customs and port authorities require a phone number for international transport.
- A valid email address.
- If customer has already paid VAT our has a verified ISSO number please include in the "notes section" during check-out

Am I required to pay VAT on my purchase?

Zenwaro fulfillment team has the experience in working with individual customs agencies and international declaration. Each country has differing customs requirements/import tax structure. Value Added Tax or VAT is currently not included with your shipping rate at check out.
For customers located in countries that not part of the USMCA (United States Mexico Canada Agreement) duties and export fee's maybe collected by carrier. These taxes and import fees vary and are based upon your country's import tariffs, type of goods, value of goods, and end user of goods.
