✲ We assemble, professionally package, and fulfill orders to chosen carrier within 1 business day. Because the Zenwaro catalog is large and diverse there are fragile and complex products 2 business days to assemble, package, and fulfill to carrier. (more on these types of products below)
✲ Zenwaro provides a diverse and wide range of artisanal and handmade products that are often fragile and always valuable.
- Products that require assembly such as our Mediterra Pendant Lighting and Chandeliers may require an additional 24 to 48 hours to assemble, package, and fulfill to carrier.
- For very fragile products like those in our Catrina Elegante Collection that require special handling may require additional 24 to 48 hours to prepare, package, and fulfill to carrier.
- For large / oversized and fragile products like those in our One of a Kind Collection many of these items are palletized and transported by LTL freight carrier. Special handling may require additional 24 to 48 hours to prepare, package, and fulfill to carrier. In addition, to ensure successful delivery a member from the Zenwaro fulfillment team may contact customers to confirm delivery address and receiving capabilities. Orders that are transported by LTL freight carrier does require a delivery appointment, this is a requirement declared by all LTL freight carriers.
- All orders with a value of over $100USD are insured to their retail value.
✲ Shipping times are determined by the carrier and type shipping service selected at checkout. Our responsibility is focused on professional and secure packaging protocols that occur within a timely manner. Note- all carriers are contracted third parties while we have much experience working with individual carriers and will select the right or preferred carrier for your order and delivery destination.
