Does Zenwaro offer PreOrders?

Congratulations on your pre-order! You are now part of an exclusive group customers that has secured what your creative heart has desired.

Once you have placed your Pre-Order at Zenwaro.com the items are translated and received directly at our artisan studio in Mexico.  Throughout the entire pre-order process, please know that we are just as excited for you to receive your pre-order. We have tested protocols in-place which allow for the process to unfold in a timely and secure manner as possible. 

As anticipation builds to receive your pre-order. There are some important policies and protocols regarding the Zenwaro pre-order process. To know more please review below ...

  • All items part of your pre-order are sent immediately to production at the Zenwaro artisan studio in Mexico.
  • Pre-order products will be assigned and dedicated to your order number. 
    • This allows us to track your item(s) through the production process and the eventual logistics period. 
    • This also ensures that the item(s) you have pre-ordered can not be purchased by or fulfilled to another customer.
  • Production process and logistics period vary depending on the item(s) you have pre-ordered. Estimated time of fulfillment of pre-ordered item(s) to you will be provided at time of checkout.
  • Once pre-order is placed and added to production, a representative from the Zenwaro fulfillment team will be communicating updates to you throughout production and logistics period through importation and up to point of receiving of your item(s) at our facility in the United States.
  • Trust and Transparency. You are welcome to request a cancel and receive a full refund at any-time up to the point your pre-order item(s) have been packaged and provided to the carrier.
  • There are no additional costs or hidden fees associated with pre-orders. 
  • Pre-Order customers receive priority over other customers who have not pre-ordered item(s).
  •  At any time should you have any questions regarding the status of your pre-order we urge you to contact us immediately by sending an email to [email protected] please include your order number. 

Pre-Order FAQ's

  • Can I add a pre-order item to my order along with other items that are not pre-order status?
    • Yes you can.
  • What happens when I have a pre-order item on my order?
    • The order will begin the process of a Split-Fulfillment All in-stock items will be processed, packaged, and fulfilled to carrier.
