Does Zenwaro offer Custom Orders or Customization?
✲ Yes! We love custom orders and private projects! We encourage customers to share their creativity and allow us to explore what is possible at their request!
However there are some important stipulations and policies to know before proceeding.
- No less than a 50% Deposit is required on all complete custom orders in advance of production.
- Balances are paid at time of order fulfillment after tracking number is provided.
- Deposit are non refundable on complete custom orders.
- Custom Orders are final. Returns and Refunds do not apply with custom orders. Exchange of custom order for another product or service must be approved by Zenwaro.
- Customization fee of 10% to 15% may apply on some custom orders.
- Some products require minimum amounts for customization.
There are two main types of custom orders.
- Complete Custom Fabrication. When a piece(s) is entirely constructed or fabricated based on custom specifications.
- Partial Customizations. Existing design is partly modified/adjusted/altered based on custom request.
Custom Orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 10 weeks depending on the type of product(s), the amount of products, the type of customization, and other factors.
After custom order is solidified and deposit is paid. Custom piece(s) are added to our production schedule. We provide updates every two weeks until the order ships. We encourage all customers to send update requests at their preference and commonly reply with 24 hours.
✲ Some individual products can not be customized because our production protocols. Below is short list of products that can or can not be customized.
Glassware | Movement Collection.
- We currently do not offer glass etching or engraving on the surfaces of our glassware products.
- We do offer custom glass color options, custom vessel shapes, and custom sizes of glassware with minimum quantities.
Talavera, Stoneware, Glazed Ceramic | Tierra Collection.
- Custom Talavera patterns or alteration to color palette require large minimum quantities.
- Concerning our stoneware patterns like Serpentine, Lirío, and Azule custom patterns or alteration to color palette require minimum quantities
- We do offer personalizations such as names or monograms or other on Talavera and stoneware patterns with minimum quantities.
- custom glass color options, custom vessel shapes, and custom sizes of glassware
Pendant Lighting | Mediterra Collection.
- The glass colors and metal finishes of all Mediterra pendants can be customized.
- Custom mounting brackets and ceiling canopies can be created upon request.
