What to consider when ordering Catrinas and other Very Fragile Products.Updated 3 months ago
The Zenwaro team has over 2 decades of experience in handling / packaging authentic clay Catrina figures. Individual Catrina sculptures/figures are original works of art, each one is completely handmade by our extended family of talented artisans. This intimate experience has allowed us to create meticulous and careful packaging protocols.
These defined protocols and applied experience greatly reduces the likelihood of DDT (damage during transport). Unfortunately there are still opportunities for damage to occur when customers un-package and handle catrina figures.
Because of the appreciation we have for our customers and our respect this rare art form, it is our intention to take every step within our capacity and capabilities to engage with and help prepare individual customers for receiving and successfully unpacking/unwrapping of their new Catrina figure(s).
This process involves the purchasing customer's active participation and acknowledgement before Catrina figure is assembled, packaged, and fulfilled to selected carrier.
What this means for purchasing customers...
- Within a 24 hour period after an order is placed a Zenwaro Team member will reach out to customer via email address provided at checkout to actively engage with specific questions and will share a few preliminary instructions.
- A Zenwaro fulfillment team will actively share images and brief video clips of how individual catrina figure(s) was wrapped, packaged, and handled.
- Instructional video content such as this one posted on the Zenwaro YouTube channel. detailing the mid-stage packing process of a Catrina sculpture.
