When ordering valuable and extremely delicate items from Zenwaro like Authentic Catrina Eleganté Terracotta Sculptures; please understand that there is a complex packaging process that occurs behind the scenes and before each order is fulfilled to the selected carrier. This process may require 2-3 days to package and fulfill to carrier.
The Zenwaro team has over 2 decades of experience in handling / packaging authentic clay Catrina figures. Individual Catrina sculptures/figures are original works of art, each one is completely handmade by our extended family of talented artisans. This intimate experience has allowed us to create meticulous and careful packaging protocols.
We are very mindful not only of the monetary value of each Catrina sculpture but just as important the sentimental value that each customer holds for these sacred figures of cultural art. Our entire team understands and appreciates that individual customers may reserve a heightened emotional value for these figures. The mutual appreciation and shared respect for this rare and delicate art form, is matched with our experience our and our disciplined packaging protocols. For purchasing customers our intention is to engage with and help prepare individual customers for receiving and successfully unpacking/unwrapping of their new Catrina figure(s).
These defined protocols and applied experience greatly reduces the likelihood of DDT (damage during transport). Unfortunately there are still opportunities for damage to occur when customers un-package and handle catrina figures.

We discourage any customer from shipping any Terracotta Catrina sculpture to third parties who are not directly familiar with the fragility, value, and delicate nature of these terracotta sculptures.
