Does Zenwaro ship outside of the United States?

Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, and other South American Countries, United Kingdom, other EU Nations, Australia, New Zealand, The Philippines, Africa, India, China, Saudi Arabia, just to name a few.
To achieve successful international logistics and frictionless experience our responsibility occurs before the package is provided to the shipping/carrier. International customs declaration is different for every country. VAT, GST, Taxes and duties, all depend on three key factors:
- Declared value of the item(s) and intended use of item(s).
- Type of material make/model/type of item(s).
- Destination country's trade/tariff agreement with the United States.
Non-continental U.S. ~vs~ International.
Key differences between orders shipping to non-continental U.S. and orders shipping to international destinations.
- Non-continental U.S. territories require no customs forms. However, orders shipping to international destinations require commercial invoices and declaration forms. (Zenwaro provides customs & duties declaration/paperwork for customer’s international order prior to order fulfillment to carrier at no additional charge).
- Shipping cost and shipping transit times for non-continental U.S. destinations and international destinations will vary. These details depend entirely on: third-party shipping carrier, the mode of transit selected at checkout (e.g.: ground, priority, express, over-night), and distance of destination.
Zenwaro fulfills orders to all non-continental U.S. states: Alaska AK, Hawaii HI.
- No additional export tax, tariff fees, VAT, or customs/duties fees required.
- Sales tax may be required. depending on sales tax for out state transaction. Should any sales tax exist, it will appear in the sub-total amount at checkout.
- Valid phone number, email address, and address is required for orders shipping to non-continental U.S. states.
Zenwaro fulfills orders to all non-continental U.S. territories: Puerto Rico PR, Guam GU, U.S. Virgin Islands USVI, Northern Mariana Islands CNMI.
- No additional export tax, tariff fees, VAT, or customs/duties fees required orders shipping to U.S. territories.
- Valid phone number, email address, and address is required.
- Sales tax is generally not required for shipments from the U.S. to territories (like Guam, American Samoa, USVI) as they are not considered exports. Depending on territory tax structure some orders may not be exempt from territory’s local excise taxes. Puerto Rico is an exception, requiring a 5.5% state sales tax plus up to 1.5% municipal tax.
- Should any sales tax exist, it will appear in the sub-total amount at checkout.
These specific policies relate to Zenwaro responsibility to fulfill customer’s purchases/orders in a safe/secure manner. Additional rules/requirements may apply from carriers, customs departments, and other third parties. Zenwaro is not responsible for any requirements, fees, delays, or regulations imposed by these third parties.
Essential preliminary information that all international customers should be aware of prior to placing an order.
- The Zenwaro catalog includes a selection of products that are both valuable and fragile. To ensure their safety during transit, our fulfillment team implements tested/proven packaging protocols. Each item is carefully prepared with these methods, and every precaution is taken to minimize risks associated with careless or rough handling. Additionally, our packaging procedures may be adapted based on the destination of international orders. This flexibility allows us to address specific regulations and potential concerns, ensuring that every product reaches its destination safely.
- Shipping to destinations outside of the United States can be complicated. In addition, customs procedures and trade agreements differ from country to country by country.
- Once Zenwaro fulfills individual orders/packages to carriers the process is out of our hands. The entire transportation process is managed by shipping carriers are contracted third-party providers who are not affiliated with Zenwaro. This may also include the carrier being assigned to collect any VAT, GST, Taxes and duties fees not paid at time of check out.
- It is the responsibility of Zenwaro to do our best to reduce any likelihood of potential delays, mis-delivery, or any other issues during transportation. Therefore a representative from Zenwaro may contact you to verify specific contact information, delivery address information, receiving capabilities, and other important information to ensure a successful transportation.
Make sure to submit the following required information when placing order.(includes Canada & Mexico)
- A valid and correct delivery address(commercial or residential).
- If possible a good practice is to use an address where a previous international package has been delivered.
- Valid phone number. We can not book your order for transport without a valid phone number.
- Currently all parcel carriers, customs and port authorities require a phone number for international transport.
- Valid email address.
- If customer has already paid VAT or has a verified ISSO number please include in the "notes section" during check-out

Am I required to pay VAT on my purchase?
- VAT stands for value-added tax. It's a tax based on the consumption of goods and services that is commonly found in the EU, UK, and select other regions of the world.
- VAT is also known as JCT, GST, HST, SST, PST, RST or QST in some countries and regions around the world.
Zenwaro fulfillment team has the experience in working with individual customs agencies and international declaration. Each country has differing customs requirements/import tax structure. Value Added Tax or VAT is currently not included with your shipping rate at check out.
For customers located in countries that not part of the USMCA (United States Mexico Canada Agreement) duties and export fee's maybe collected by carrier. These taxes and import fees vary and are based upon your country's import tariffs, type of goods, value of goods, and end user of goods.
