Does Zenwaro offer exchanges?

✲ Yes. There are two main types of exchanges. 

Exchange requested before order is packaged and fulfilled to the carrier and exchange requested after order has been received.

1. To request an exchange before order is fulfilled to the carrier contact us immediately. By email [email protected] call us 702-757-3818 (M-F 9am-7pm pt | Sat 9am-5pm pt). Or visit the Zenwaro Help Center click the "Contact Us" card at the bottom of the page.

2. Exchange requested after order has been received. To inquire about an exchange after your order has either shipped or has been received. Exchange must meet our exchange / return  policies.

  • We must be notified within the first 7 days of receiving your order. 
  • The receiving instructions must be followed. Receiving instructions are first shared in the "your order has shipped confirmation" message. Receiving Instructions are again shared on 8 x 4 card within each package. 
  • None of the item(s) or components can be damaged or missing. 
  • If your request for return/exchange meets our post purchase policies, share above. Contact us by email [email protected] call us 702-757-3818 (M-F 9am-7pm pt | Sat 9am-5pm pt). Or visit the Zenwaro Help Center click the "Contact Us" card at the bottom of the page. On the following page complete and submit a "Contact Us Forum"
  • *All Shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • *10% Restocking fee may apply on specific items.

Approved returns & exchanges protocols and next steps.

✲ After initial return / exchange is approved. All product(s) and any component(s) must also be in the original packaging and repacked with the same care and attention to detail in which we prepared it for you. This is an important detail! Many of our products are extremely fragile, we have developed specific packaging / handling procedures in which to prepare every product for safe transportation. 

Once package(s) are sealed- a call tag can be provided upon confirmation, or the recipient is welcome secure preferred mode of return transportation.

Upon the package(s) arrival at our facility the fulfillment team will immediately open, inspect, and notify customer.

After which we will promptly proceed with the necessary exchange of items and provide accounting should there be a difference in total cost, *minus shipping cost associated with return.

☼In the unfortunate circumstance of damage caused while in return transportation to Zenwaro.

Upon conducting full inspection of internal packing / product if there is visual evidence of careless or negligent re-packaging of item(s) within package(s) is found to have caused or be the main contributing factor of any potential damage then we reserve the right to cancel exchange and void refund.

After 7 days has passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund.

Concerning all refund/return/exchange inquiries. 

✲ Our intention is to be helpful and accommodating(to the best of our capabilities) where and when possible.

Please be mindful of the following...

• We respect that each customer's inquiry for an exchange is different therefore every situation is unique. 

• Our products not only are valuable and authentic but they are often fragile.

• Each order is professionally and meticulously packaged then provided to a carrier, these carriers are contract third-parties. Carriers are not representatives of Zenwaro. Therefore we do not have control over and are subject their individual operating/transportation models. 

• Because we respect our products and our customer's experience with our products we have invested in specific protocols over a number of years for the safety of our products, to ensure your experience with purchasing / receiving / unpacking / utilizing our products is enjoyable. In the occasion where exchange is necessary we acknowledge and proceed with the intent to make the process seamless, fair, and stress-free.

Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

✲ Yes. If we are notified within the first 7 days of receiving your order. If the receiving instructions were followed. If your return/exchange meets our post purchase policies, share above. Then you can contact us by email [email protected] to inquire about returning your purchase.

*All Shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable.

*Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with safely returning goods to Zenwaro.

*10% Restocking fee may apply on specific goods.

Can I return a sale item?

✲ No. All discounted products on an order are non-refundable. Discounted sales are final.

How long should a refund take to reach me?

✲ We process all approved refunds within 24 to 48 hours depending on the type of refund and the amount.

✲ The time-line of when a refund leaves our merchant account and credits to a customers account depends on purchasers payment method and financial institution.
