Can I change my order?

✲ Yes. If you need to make a change to your order please contact us within the first 24 - 48hours. Send an email to [email protected] please reference your order number either in your subject or body of email and clearly explain your request. 

✲ Or visit the home page of the Zenwaro Help Center and click the "Contact Us" card at the bottom of the page. On the following page complete "Contact Us Form" attach any pertaining files (files under 1MB are suggested) and click send.

✲ If your order has already shipped you certainly can request a change to your order.

*All Shipping fees are non-refundable.

*Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with safely returning goods to Zenwaro.

Can I cancel specific items on my order?

✲ Yes. If your order has multiple / individual items and you would like to cancel only specific items on the order. To notify us follow either of the specific contact us procedures above. Please reference the product's name, item number if possible and any other specific information that will help us assist with your request.
